Alex Manninger, a former goalkeeper for Arsenal, passed away at the age of 48 after his car was hit by a train in Salzburg. He made 64 appearances for Arsenal from 1997 to 2002, winning the Premier League and FA Cup. Manninger also earned 33 caps for Austria and participated in Euro 2008. He began his career at Red Bull Salzburg and played for 14 teams in Europe, including Juventus and Liverpool. He was recognized for his professionalism and contributions to football.
