"Apple announced on Tuesday that it's rolling out Apple Music Replay, its answer to Spotify's popular Wrapped feature. Apple Music Replay gives users a look back at their year in music by highlighting their top songs, artists, and albums they streamed. This year, the feature includes even more listening habits, including the "Discovery" section, which highlights new artists users listened to, and "Loyalty," which spotlights artists that users have kept coming back to each year."
"Users will also be able to see their total minutes listened to on the streaming service, the total number of artists they listened to, their longest artist streak, favorite genres, and more. Apple Music Replay dashboard can be accessed via the Home tab on the music streaming service. In addition to the yearly Replay, users can revisit their monthly Replay highlights and view yearly summaries from each year they've been on Apple Music."
Apple Music Replay provides a year-end recap highlighting users' top songs, artists, and albums streamed and introduces Discovery, Loyalty, and Comebacks to surface new, recurring, and returning artists. The feature displays metrics such as total minutes listened, total artists, longest artist streaks, favorite genres, and more. The Replay dashboard is available via the Home tab and includes monthly highlights, yearly summaries for each year on Apple Music, and a "Replay All Time" playlist of most-played songs since joining. Artists gain access to listenership growth, year-over-year performance, total listeners, geographic breakdowns, and minutes. Apple also published its top songs of 2025 and competitors released their own year-end recaps.
