Apple just killed off a beloved iconic MacBook colour
Briefly

This week, Apple revealed its new MacBook Air and iPad Air, both featuring the powerful M4 chip. The MacBook Air, starting at $999, is $100 less than its M3 predecessor. Although it boasts enhanced performance, Apple’s color options have shifted, causing some disappointment. Notably, the fan-favorite Space Grey color has been replaced by the new Sky Blue, along with Silver, Starlight, and Midnight. This change has garnered mixed reactions among fans who were expecting a black alternative and are frustrated with the discontinuation of Space Grey.
Adding a new choice to the lineup of MacBook Air colours is the all-new sky blue. A beautiful, metallic light blue that creates a dynamic gradient when light reflects off of its surface, sky blue joins midnight, starlight, and silver to complete the brilliant array of colour choices for MacBook Air.
The writing's been on the wall for Space Grey for a while - Apple has been phasing it out in favour of the deeper Space Black on various products. But the lack of black here has taken many fans by surprise.
