The updates introduce Playlist Playground for Apple Music to generate playlists from text prompts and add native video podcast support in Podcasts. Freeform Creator Studio becomes available, enabling access to stock images from Apple's Content Hub and insertion of AI-generated images. Betas also include numerous below-the-surface improvements and experimental changes that may be altered or removed before final release. The promised "more intelligent Siri" remains absent and has been delayed into 2026, possibly to 26.5 or iOS 27.
