Tesla launches latest Megapack project in this U.S. state
Briefly

Tesla's latest 125 MW/250 MWh Megapack project in Texas is aimed at stabilizing the grid and managing the state's accelerating load growth in partnership with ERCOT.
This year, Tesla has rapidly deployed grid-scale Megapack batteries, including a major contract for 15.3 GWh of energy storage across three Texas sites with Intersect Power.
Tesla is ramping up Megapack production at its Lathrop factory and plans to reach an annual production capacity of 10,000 units or 40 GWh within a few years.
With the completion of its 10,000th Megapack and the continuously growing energy division, Tesla's energy sector is becoming its highest margin business.
