They service trucks for a lot of companies and Tesla is a small player in their portfolio," Petersson noted."
The action takes effect October 15 and will remain in place until Tesla signs a collective agreement. Linde Material Handling will stop all forklift-related work for TM Sweden, including maintenance, repair, and service of trucks across Tesla facilities. IF Metall aims to make Tesla's operations in Sweden more difficult by withdrawing Linde's services. Linde services many companies, so Tesla represents a small part of its portfolio. Tesla has maintained that its employees do not need a collective agreement. The ultimate success of the blockade against Tesla remains uncertain.
