Cincinnati Metro celebrated its annual Golden Bus Awards Employees of the Year Banquet in March, recognizing seven outstanding employees across various departments. The honorees include Kymberly Jackson (Dispatcher), Alyssa Lascheid (Marketing & Customer Experience Manager), Arnold Odame (Repair Person/Spotter), Daniel Elfers (General Repair Person), Marcus Nelson (Operator), Keith Wright (Operator), and Jeffrey Oliver (Operator). These awards represent the highest recognition within Metro's employee recognition program, selected from monthly Silver Wheel Award winners. In 2025, 235 nominations were submitted for the Silver Wheel Award, resulting in 25 monthly winners considered for Golden Bus honors.
