The extension adds three stops (Tremelloni - Gassman, Tremelloni - Tognazzi, Adriano Lussu) plus the Adriano - Vipiteno temporary terminus with a single-track return loop and a planned third stopping track. The tramway runs on a grassy track undergoing urban redevelopment, with sheltered stops and public information monitors. The line uses Stadler Tramlinks, operates from 5:30 to 2:30 with frequent service, and interchanges with line 56. MM Spa managed design and works oversight.
