Strahinja Pavlovic described the match as very important and stressed the need to be careful in defence and win duels. Pavlovic highlighted Verona's quick, dangerous forwards and insisted the defence must remain three against two to cope with counter-attacks. Pavlovic acknowledged Matteo Gabbia as a leader but said the team knows what to do with Koni De Winter partnering in central defence.
