Ruben Loftus-Cheek has been reinstated to the England squad for matches against Andorra and Serbia. The 29-year-old last played for England in November 2018 against the United States. His recall followed Adam Wharton's withdrawal with an adductor injury. Loftus-Cheek said he had "completely forgot" about pushing for a recall and had been watching as a fan.
