The Poland international impressed during a previous spell in Serie A with Spezia, and although he didn't play straight away at Arsenal, he's now more of a regular and has impressed with his recent performances for Mikel Arteta's side.
Still, it makes sense that someone like Milan might be interested, especially if they feel they can tempt the 24-year-old with more guaranteed playing time.
