Cissè is an attacking midfielder that Milan have been keeping tabs on for a very long time. In fact, the first rumours date back to February 2024, and the management were clearly called into action yesterday as PSV neared an agreement for the 19-year-old."

We will have to wait a little bit to see him in the red and black colours, as such, but it was easier to get the deal done this way. It's believed that PSV had agreed to pay €8m for the Italian, so you would imagine that Milan will have to pay the same amount."
AC Milan has reached an agreement with Hellas Verona to sign 19-year-old attacking midfielder Alphadjo Cissè. Milan tracked Cissè since February 2024 and prevailed over PSV Eindhoven in the transfer race. Cissè is currently on loan at Serie B side Catanzaro and will remain there until the summer before joining Milan. The agreement follows Milan announcing another Cissè signing, El Hadj Malick. PSV had been prepared to pay €8m for the player, and Milan are expected to match that fee. An official statement is expected around the summer when the move takes place.
