The Rossoneri chose for another year to be pretty quiet on the January market, only signing a single player and bringing in another player by cutting short his loan spell, despite the injury crisis in defense that coach Stefano Pioli is dealing with.
Milan sent away two players: Rade Krunić got his wish and moved to Fenerbahçe, while Luka Romero will look for minutes at Almería in the second half of the season. The loan spells of Daniel Maldini and Devis Vásquez were cut short, and they found new homes at Monza and Ascoli respectively.
