This is not what America's about. We have a president that is proclaiming executive orders trying to erase trans people from existence, and you say that the American flag includes everyone. For over 100 years, the American flag stood for slavery, and we had a war to fix that. For 90 years after that, it stood for segregation, and people took to the streets to get rid of that.

FBI director Kash Patel has reportedly fired an agent for displaying a Pride flag at his desk. Insiders have claimed that the staff member, who was training at the academy in Quantico, Virginia, was handed an immediate-dismissal notice last week. He had previously worked as an FBI support specialist in Los Angeles. Two FBI veterans told CNN that the trainee had won awards for his service. The dismissal letter, signed by Patel, did not specifically mention the Pride flag but said the agent was being dismissed for past "poor judgment" and "inappropriate display of political signage" on his desk in LA.

Trump was hosting an Oval Office press conference to answer questions about Charlie Kirk's death when Glenn brought up "trans shooters," why the "trans flag" was being seen "up and down 14th street" (one of Washington D.C.'s gayborhoods), and how "a lot of people were very threatened by this flag." Holding up an image of the LGBTQ+ Progress Pride flag, Glenn proudly bleated: "This is what would be the trans flag," and asked the president whether he would "[take it] down."

"Government buildings, schools and public facilities serve all citizens and should not be used to promote political, ideological or activist messaging," Mitchell said.
