"I walk a whole lot. I garden a whole lot. I go to work in New York [City] pretty much five days a week or do my traveling," she said."
"The amount of weights and things that I use are pretty much the same as they've always been, so I'm strong," she said."
"I do a very intense program, and it's nonstop for 45 minutes," she said."

Martha Stewart, 84, maintains a consistent fitness routine centered on mat and reformer Pilates sessions three mornings a week that run nonstop for 45 minutes. She complements Pilates with yoga stretches and 45 minutes of strength training using mainly dumbbells and machines on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Stewart stays active outside the gym by walking frequently, gardening extensively, commuting into New York most weekdays, and traveling. She uses the same weights she has for years to preserve strength, focuses on bone health, flexibility, and managing aches, and often does workouts even after late nights while beginning mornings with fresh green vegetable juice.
