Wide-ranging work to convert the historic Bank of Italy office tower into a housing highrise in downtown San Jose is underway, with rentals expected to begin in 2025.
The project by Westbank and Urban Community will take 14 to 15 months to complete, with marketing for the housing units potentially starting in the latter half of 2025.
