PACIFICA Detectives on Tuesday arrested a 37-year-old San Francisco man on suspicion of secretly taking videos of women and an 11-year-old girl at a Pacifica clothing store, police said.Around 1 p.m. on Jan. 22, officers were called to the business for a report of a man who was using his cellphone to surreptitiously record female shoppers in a changing room, the Pacifica Police Department said in a news release.
