The decision to bring back Home Office associates aims to enhance collaboration, innovation, and culture. Relocations will be to Bentonville, San Francisco Bay Area, or Hoboken/New York.
Although the reduction in campus roles is small percentage-wise, the focus is on supporting affected associates through these changes.
