Once the C3 scanners are fully operational, travelers will no longer need to remove liquids and electronics from their luggage at security. Until then, old rules apply.
Only EU airports and select UK airports will revert back to the previous carry-on rules, indicative of ongoing issues with new scanner technology and implementation delays.
