The judge's ruling stated, "Reliance on a constitutional right to safety is not well-settled law," addressing the legality concerns raised by the workers regarding smoking in casinos.
Giannantonio expressed optimism about addressing health concerns, stating, "We look forward to continuing to work with stakeholders towards a solution that addresses the health concerns of our employees, while also protecting...the entire Atlantic City workforce."
