Dueling lawsuits between Napoli Shkolnik law firm and partner Heather Palmore, who was accused of 'quiet quitting', have been dropped after private mediation.
Napoli Shkolnik sued Palmore for allegedly taking advantage of the remote work environment and running her own firm, while Palmore counter-sued for race and disability discrimination.
