Lithuania’s under-30s rated their happiness at 7.76 out of 10, significantly higher than the US average of 6.392, with factors like low rent and free education contributing to their contentment.
Ignas Kazlauskas, a local business owner, emphasized the appeal of Vilnius, contrasting it with London: 'The city is pretty laid-back, which is nice,' citing its greenery and lower tourist density.
Mayor Benkuskas expressed his mission to attract global young professionals, noting, 'If you spend a week or more here, you can understand we have a lot of advantages compared with other European cities.'
