I think it's more of a reflection of them, and where they're at in their lives, rather than you. For the most part, I think social media is so powerful.

I often throw up 'Instagram versus reality' photos. Of course, you're going to put your best foot forward and put the nice pictures up on your grid on Instagram, but I think it's OK to go 'here's an Instafail' or to laugh at yourself.
