In modern society, users increasingly employ the double-speed function for video playback, driven by perceived usefulness and positive attitudes towards this feature. An analysis of 360 survey samples revealed that subjective norms and perceived entertainment impact users indirectly, while video content quality does not adversely affect usage. The study employs a structural equation model and mediation effect tests, showing that the double-speed function effectively alleviates time anxiety and enhances the overall user experience, even for high-quality content.
