Our study hypothesizes that gender bias leads to observable differences in how subjects perceive their partners based on gender, affecting both scoring and behavior.
Using methodological triangulation, we aim to collect data from questionnaires, the twincode platform, and dual experimenter analysis to investigate gender bias in remote pair programming.
