Wayne LaPierre, Longtime N.R.A. Chief, Testifies at Manhattan Trial
Wayne LaPierre, chief of the National Rifle Association (NRA), testified in a civil corruption case brought against him by the New York attorney general.
LaPierre has been accused of using NRA's resources for personal expenses, including extravagant shopping trips and private jet travel.
During his testimony, LaPierre claimed to have no knowledge of the extent of the NRA's spending on private jets, but did not dispute the specific receipts provided by the prosecutor.
