Three buildings at Chabad-Lubavitch Headquarters in Crown Heights have been hit with vacate orders after an illegal tunnel was discovered beneath the complex.
The tunnel was constructed without permits or permission, and connected to the basements of several adjacent buildings, compromising the structural integrity of two of them. [ more ]
