'Miracle on the Hudson' passenger pushing to name grandkid after heroic Sully rescue
Pam Seagle, a passenger on US Airways Flight 1549, wants her grandson to be named River Hudson as a tribute to the 'Miracle on the Hudson' emergency landing.
Capt. Chesley 'Sully' Sullenberger, who executed the emergency landing, was reunited with survivors and first responders at an event in Manhattan.
Sullenberger expressed the importance of being in command on the flight and continuing to inspire others with courage. [ more ]
