Bayern are in advanced negotiations to sign SD Aucas drfender Virgilio Olaya (17), but the deal is not finalized yet. As a non-EU minor, Bayern can only sign Olaya after his 18th birthday on February 3rd, so at the earliest in the summer transfer window. In addition, due to further regulations, Bayern are not allowed to sign the vast majority of non-EU players like Olaya for their youth or second team even after their 18th birthday, but only for the first team.
