Nevada will give you $5,000 to do this famous hike via Tahoe
Carson City, Nevada is offering $5,000 to two hikers for a unique thru-hike on a newly created 1,600-mile trail to Lake Tahoe.
Applicants need to submit an online application with a video explaining why they should be chosen and have some backpacking experience due to challenging weather conditions. [ more ]
