UEFA Chief of Football Zvonimir Boban is leaving the organization in protest against President Aleksandar Ceferin's support for changes in statutes that would allow him to extend his term in office.

Boban announced his decision in an open letter, stating that he believes Ceferin's support for the proposal goes against the values and reforms that were supposed to protect UEFA and European football. [ more ]
