Skokie-based company LanzaTech has been named one of Time's Climate 100 list for its work in recycling carbon emissions and developing sustainable jet fuel.
LanzaTech's gas fermentation technology converts carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen into ethanol at a commercial scale, reducing emissions from large-scale industries.
