Round 1 - Both fighters met in the center immediately, neither willing to take a backward step. Garcia opened aggressively, landing a right hand to the face before mixing in a stiff jab, a left to the body, and another clean shot up top, setting a relentless pace early as Onama looked hesitant to fire back. A sharp right hand forced Onama to shell up and reset, visibly shaken by Garcia's volume and pressure. Garcia continued to vary his attacks, keeping Onama off balance and preventing him from establishing any rhythm.
