NBA approves Dallas Mavericks sale to Las Vegas casino families
Billionaire Mark Cuban's majority stake in the Dallas Mavericks has been sold to the families that run a Las Vegas casino company.
The deal allows Cuban to retain oversight of the team's basketball operations and could lead to the construction of a new arena and push for legal gambling. [ more ]
