San Francisco's World Day of Remembrance - Streetsblog San Francisco
Residents of San Francisco gather for a vigil to honor the victims of traffic accidents and call for safer streets.
Many attendees at the vigil have been personally affected by traffic violence, either as victims themselves or by losing loved ones.
The event was organized by Walk San Francisco and supported by the recent passage of A.B. 645, which allows for the use of speed enforcement cameras. [ more ]
