Warrant issued for East Bay video company CEO in pending rape, stalking cases

OAKLAND - A Bay Area man who serves as the CEO of his own video production company is now a wanted fugitive, after judges in Contra Costa and Alameda counties issued arrest warrants for failing to appear in his stalking and sexual assault cases, court records show. Anthony Wiggins, 29, was charged in Alameda County with raping a woman in Dublin in May 2024.
