LNER simpler fares trial adds more than 100 to some train journeys
Journeys on intercity trains between London and Edinburgh have become more than twice as expensive since the introduction of a simpler fares initiative.
The initiative has scrapped basic super off-peak fares, making tickets on the route more expensive. [ more ]
