A serial groper has been targeting young women in Brooklyn, with four incidents reported last month. The victims were groped by the suspect, who wore a fur-lined tan winter coat and an orange mask. The incidents occurred within a span of less than two hours on one day. None of the victims reported physical injuries. [ more ]
