It is a year round destination with towering skyscrapers, world class museums, iconic skyline views, and neighborhood flavors that shift with every season. Chelsea in Bloom is more compact, filling a few streets around Sloane Square, while Belgravia in Bloom is spread out a bit more in smaller clusters and involves more walking.
