The shortlist for the next Fourth Plinth has just been revealed

The shortlist for the next sculpture on Trafalgar Square's Fourth Plinth has been announced, with two sculptures to be unveiled in 2026 and 2028.

The shortlisted artists include works featuring an enormous black moggy, a huge sweet potato 'island,' a ghostly shrouded statue, an ultra-colorful psychedelic vehicle, a South American bird nest sculpture, a striding woman, and public sculptures by Thomas J Price. [ more ]
