The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is making changes to Muni routes that serve schools to reduce overcrowding and pass-ups during peak hours.
Starting January 20, the SFMTA will increase the frequency of several Muni routes, including the 24 Divisadero, 29 Sunset, and 38R Geary Rapid, during specific weekday times.
Parents and students have expressed concerns about overcrowded buses and pass-ups, and have requested longer buses and improved reliability. [ more ]
