The decomposing skeletal remains of a woman's torso were found in a garbage bag by sanitation workers picking up trash at a Queens park near JFK Airport, police said Tuesday. The remains were found near 149th Ave. and Brookville Blvd. on the edge of Idlewild Park in Rosedale just before 8 a.m. Monday, cops said. The workers were clearing out discarded trash in the brush when they found the garbage bag, cops said.
