The 29-year-old, who has seven international caps, joined New York from Inter Miami in 2021 but moves on to the side that won this year's Western Conference for a fee that could reach up to 820,000.

San Diego FC has identified and banned 33 individuals indefinitely from attending matches due to violent incidents involving fans after a recent game against the LA Galaxy.

"In soccer, the hardest thing to do is score goals. In these games lately, we have been hurting ourselves a bit and we're experiencing the effects of how goals change games."
