The New York Giants will hire Matt Nagy as their offensive coordinator, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter. Nagy spent the last three seasons as the Kansas City Chiefs' offensive coordinator and had been linked to multiple head coaching vacancies and offensive coordinator openings this offseason. Nagy's contract in Kansas City expired last month. Although Kansas City brought back Eric Bieniemy to replace him as offensive coordinator, Chiefs coach Andy Reid recently advocated for Nagy to get a head coaching job.
The wide receiver has played out of his mind this season. He roasts every defensive coverage and has morphed into a three-level threat: beating man-coverage quickly off the snap, showing fearlessness to attack the middle of the field and stretching away from deep coverage. Klint Kubiak, the Seahawks' offensive coordinator, has channeled the entire Seattle offense through his star receiver. Smith-Njigba lines up everywhere: out wide, in the slot, in the backfield. From any of those looks, he's a matchup nightmare.
Everything has changed around Jayden Daniels ina relatively short timeframe. His quarterbacks coach, Tavita Pritchard, left to take the head-coaching job at Stanford. The Washington Commanders also p arted ways with offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury, his most trusted ally since entering the league in 2024. Promoting David Blough to offensive coordinator helps maintain some stability around Daniels. He's got no play-calling experience and was only a position coach for a few weeks after Pritchard departed.
Feb 15, 2026, 05:17 PM ET Seattle Seahawks quarterbacks coach Andrew Janocko has been hired as the Las Vegas Raiders' offensive coordinator, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Sunday. Janocko once again will reunite with Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak, who he worked with in New Orleans and Seattle. The Raiders went 3-14 this past season, then fired first-year coach Pete Carroll.
