Hoping to extend that to seven, the Patriots had a good opportunity to go into halftime with the lead against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on the road. The game started rough, but with masterful clock management to end the half and potentially the play of the weekend by Stefon Diggs with a toe touch touchdown, they finished the half up 14-10, with hopes of finally double-scoring, as they had the football to start the third quarter.
The Miami Heat won't go all the way to admit it right now, but they absolutely need Kasparas Jakucionis to be a hit. With all the uncertainty that is riding the Heat's roster at the moment, Jakucionis being better than expected (and right away) could go a long way in helping solve some of this team's long-term questions. With the start of NBA Training Camp right around the corner, all eyes will be squarely on Jakucionis.
