Source: West Ham, City in talks over Phillips loan
Manchester City is in talks with West Ham over a loan deal for Kalvin Phillips.
Phillips is keen to leave Manchester City in order to find regular first-team football and secure his place in the England squad for the European Championships.
West Ham manager David Moyes has a long-standing interest in Phillips and has previously tried to bring him to the club. [ more ]
