Justice Arthur Engoron ruled in the Trump civil fraud case and ordered Donald Trump and his businesses to pay $355 million, Eric and Don Jr to pay $4 million each, and Allen Weisselberg to pay $1 million.
The ruling included additional measures such as the appointment of an independent monitor, the hiring of a Director of Compliance, and a ban on Trump and others from serving as officers or directors of any New York corporation for a specified period. [ more ]

Judge Pauline Newman has been removed from a court email list for Federal Circuit judges after she promised to continue fighting her suspension from hearing cases.
