The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has been criticized for failures in inventory management, leading to medical supplies going out of date while armed forces were on tour.
The Commons Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has highlighted that the MoD has a patchy track record and staffing gaps, making it doubtful whether the MoD's business modernization program will effectively address these issues. [ more ]
