Recently, I've been testing rechargeable hand warmers, and to be honest, most of them are junk. Some were dead on arrival, others failed after a few hours, some had absurdly short runtimes, and others got dangerously hot. I've found a few good ones, but they're rare. What I've been searching for is a hand warmer that combines fast USB-C charging, water resistance, power bank functionality, and the ability to handle extreme cold.

And a few days ago, there was a 24-hour-ish period where the heater just wasn't heating up. Fortunately it got fixed the next day, but I was definitely scrambling to think of solutions in the interim to stay warm. I also always forget just how dry it gets in the winter, and every year I'm reminded I never put together that humidifier an old roommate left behind. As it turns out, this new multifaceted heater from Aldi could've solved both of my issues.
