Pakistan ex-PM Imran Khan, top aide get 10-year jail in state secrets case
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan and former Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi have been sentenced to 10 years in jail in a case related to leaking of state secrets.
The special court found Khan guilty of misplacing a confidential diplomatic cable that he claims proves a conspiracy against him.
Khan has been in jail since August last year on multiple charges, including the cypher case. [ more ]
